Assistant Restaurant Manager

Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our client, an established and much loved Restaurant based in Santry DUBLIN 9

The role:

• To manage & assist the Restaurant Manager with overall day to day operations of the entire Restaurant.
  

• Responsible for a large team, motivate, train, lead by example.
  

• Strong Customer Service.
  

• To instil value structure and focus ethos in the whole team.
  

• Drive sales targets and ensure the restaurant is on track to meet revenue and profit expectations.
  

• Determine and implement new marketing and sales activities within the restaurant.
  

• Ensure HACCP and cleaning procedures are always followed by team members.
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 3yrs restaurant managing/supervising experience.
  

• At least 5 years working in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  

• Good strong knowledge of customer service techniques and the ability to communicate this with staff.
  

• Ability to manage a fast paced environment, be able to control multiple situations simultaneously
  

• Problem solver, leadership and coaching skills, prioritization skills.
  

• To maintain a calm demeanour during stressful and busy periods.
  

• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
