Perform and assist with public company audits and reviews in various industries under PCAOB standards. Prepare and analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls. Adhere to US GAAP and SEC financial reporting standards. Manage valuation services for a range of complex financial instruments used in financial reporting and other business purposes. Apply mathematical and statistical financial models for valuing various asset classes, including complex securities, options, derivatives, and credit instruments including but not limited to Monte Carlo simulations and Lattice Models. Coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines. Interact with clients to ensure efficient information flow between the
clients and the audit team. Report to Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues.
Bachelor’s (or foreign equivalent) degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related.
