About the role:
- Prepare court documentation and correspondence, from drafting, formatting and proofreading, gaining exposure to complex B&F matters.
- Manage and organise files, from opening to closing files, ensuring organisation of the Partner’s practice, including diary management.
- Assist with time recording and invoice preparation.
- Provide essential administrative support.
The ideal candidate:
- Final-year law student or experienced paralegal;
- Previous experience within Banking & Finance or related fields;
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth operations;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset;
- Familiarity with legal software and billing systems; and
- A genuine passion for the legal industry and its dynamic nature.
