About the role:

• Acting fort wide range of clients, such as financial advisors, trustees, mortgage originators, fintechs, etc.
• Work on major domestic & cross-border transactions and complex financial structures, including cross-border securitizations.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer with at least 3+ PQE and proven experience structured finance, securitisation, and derivatives.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Excellent communication, analytical and drafting skills.
• Commercially astute, capable of speaking and building relationships with clients.
• A team player, capable of working autonomously.
