We are currently hiring a Bankruptcy Paralegal to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!
This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in our corporate office in Utah.

YOU ARE: A detailed oriented professional that knows that working hard and having fun are two peas in the same pod! Your primary duty is to receive and process bankruptcy pleadings and notices that are received via mail, email, or verbally. These actions are vital in preventing the company from violating the automatic stay imposed after bankruptcy filing. Additionally, the Assistant appropriately identifies how Progressive’s debt is accounted for in the Bankruptcy Petition and relays the information to the appropriate Bankruptcy Specialist.
