Behavioral Health Research Assistant
Description:
The Research Assistant supports continuous improvement and positive resolutions for both day-to-day operations and larger initiatives within the LECOM Health system. The Research Assistant supports various research projects by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. This role works closely with researchers, clinicians, patients, families, and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and to contribute to the advancement of behavioral health knowledge. This position reports directly to the Chief Quality Compliance Officer.
This is an IN-PERSON role.
This position is grant-funded through September 2029. Continued employment is contingent upon the availability of funding and/or a variety of positions within the service line.

Act 33 (PA Child Abuse) must be received prior to hire.
Act 34 Clearance (PA State Police Record Check) OR the Department of Human Services FBI Fingerprinting must also be received prior to hire along with the Act 33 clearance.
