Job Description

Objective:
The IT Support Specialist provides a point for questions and issues generated by users of the company’s systems.
He/she is responsible for providing an interface between the IT department and users. The IT Support Specialist
ensures that all reported issues are recorded and categorized, and either resolved immediately or delegated to the
appropriate resource.

Responsibility:
 Provide the initial point of contact for all systems users with IT related issues.
 Ensure that all requests are logged, classified, and delegated appropriately.
 Maintain a library of reported issues and solutions.
 Collect feedbacks from users to continuously improve the quality of IT Service.
 This position is responsible for investigating and collecting user feedback in order to continuously
improve the quality of service.

Qualifications

Requirement:
 Associate’s degree or above.
 Excellent communication skills. Able to write, read and speak in Mandarin and English is a Must.
 Excellent Customer Service skills.
 Knowledge about computer hardware and software is a Plus.
