The Role
Reporting into the Senior Assistant Company Secretary, the Board Administrator role is a critical role within the Company Secretariat team.
You will be responsible for supporting the Company Secretary and Senior Assistant Company Secretary to deliver professional and efficient board and board committee meetings, provide exceptional Director administrative support and proactively work as a key member of a well-respected Company Secretariat team to continually strengthen our governance practices.
Your role is broad and varied as you provide end to end support such as managing the logistics and administration of Board, Board Committee, and management meetings, managing the Governance inbox and calendar of events, providing technology and office support for other Independent or Non-Executive Directors.
About you
We are seeking a self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-orientated administrator with previous experience supporting Boards and/or Committees.
You will understand the fundamentals and importance of corporate governance, including the role of the Board, or a willingness to learn.
Your balanced set of skills include exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan, multitask and manage competing priorities.
As a natural communicator, you have excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executive, C-suite and Board, both internally and externally.
Most importantly, you are a “roll up your sleeves” professional looking for an opportunity that will offer genuine breadth, depth and progression.
