We are looking to hire a Property Manager who will be responsible for overseeing our properties and assisting in showings whenever needed. As a Property Manager, you will be required to take photos and videos of the properties, make property assessments, move-ins, move-out inspections, etc.

To be successful as a Property Manager you should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. An outstanding candidate will also have a talent for business management and distinguished conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities




    • Show Units to Prospective Tenants.


    • Update the property owner with Vacant Status.


    • Assess New Properties.


    • Handout N4s and N11s.


    • Confirm Property Is Ready For Move-in.


    • Step In When Needed For Jr. Property Managers Positions.






Requirements



  • Bachelors Degree with 3 years of prior work experience in a related field or a high school Diploma with 4 years of prior work experience in a related field.


  • Obtain a valid drivers license and your own reliable vehicle.


  • In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practices.


  • People-person, professional and outgoing.


  • Good organization and time management abilities.


  • Great customer service skills.


  • Efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills.


  • Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication.


  • Multitasking and time management skills.


  • Collaboration and teamwork abilities.


  • Multilingual skills to communicate more effectively in diverse areas.


  • Able to work extended hours.


  • Must park Real Estate license (if applicable).
