Carpenter

Kyburz-Carlson Construction is seeking a carpenter to join our team.

Kyburz-Carlson Construction provides complete pre-construction, construction and post-construction services for small to large commercial projects in the Aberdeen, SD region. We provide safety training and certification for operating equipment.  Our employees are experienced in a wide variety of construction styles and techniques and have decades of real-world know-how.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wood and steel stud framing
• Installation of roof blocking, doors and hardware, door and window frames, bathroom accessories, toilet partitions, casework, lockers, drywall
• Operate power tools
• Read tape measure
• Read structural and architectural prints
• Set up and use layout instruments

Preferred Qualifications

• Carpentry experience required.
• Welding experience is a plus
