Commercial Information Administrator

Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Commercial Information Administrator.

In this role, you will have the responsibility for the operation and administration of our Oracle & e-shop platforms, ensuring compatibility and compliance with our enterprise SAP system. You will play a critical role in maintaining the daily operational capability of the systems, troubleshooting issues, and driving system improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for master data management, customer queries, data interfaces, and supporting order processing. Your expertise will contribute to the optimisation of our systems and processes, minimising errors and improving efficiency.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Master data management, including product and customer creation in SAP, evolve, OrderVision, and e-Shop platforms
• End-to-end management of the OrderVision platform, driving change and implementing system improvements
• Setting up and driving the Direct Debit process through the management of the DD process in SAP
• Continuous improvement of the Oracle system, reducing errors through automation and streamlining processes
• Efficiently manage customer queries by conducting system investigations and ensuring effective communication with customers
• Data cleansing and implementation of preventative processes to minimise data exceptions and ensure data accuracy
• Management of shoppers/accounts in the e-shop platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
• Develop and maintain system operating procedures and provide training to colleagues for adequate system support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to share learnings, implement best practices, and optimise system performance and results

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and experience in system operations and administration
• Proficiency in SAP systems and their integration with other platforms
• Experience with Oracle and online eCommerce platforms (eShop would be advantageous) and CRM database (Salesforce)
• Strong data management and master data skills, data interfaces, order processing, and data cleansing
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to effectively handle customer queries and provide exceptional service
• Experience with Microsoft office applications, particularly Excel
