About the role:
- Liaising and providing advice to clients.
- Preparing, reviewing and amending contracts, commercial reports, agreements and other related documentation.
- Research federal, state and local legislation & regulations.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer (1-2 PQE), with experience working in a Corporate or Commercial law firm.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent research and communication skills (verbal + written).
- Highly adept in word processing and excel spreadsheets.
