Commercial Litigation Paralegal

At The MH Group, we seek a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our client's team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be crucial in supporting our legal team in handling various litigation matters. Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing for trials.
- Manage case files and organize documentation for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather case information.
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.
- Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, witness lists, and other materials.
- Conduct factual investigations and gather evidence to support legal proceedings.
- Maintain client communication to provide case updates and gather additional information as needed.
- Utilize document management systems such as Westlaw and iManage to efficiently organize and track case files.

Skills:

- Proficiency in legal software such as PCLaw for case management.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in project management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Familiarity with document management systems like iManage for efficient file organization.
- Ability to provide executive administrative support to attorneys when necessary.
