Construction Associate

About the role:
- Represent clients from all facets of construction projects, including: builders, developers, land owners, and government bodies.
- Example matters include but are not limited to: site acquisition, project planning and financing, contract drafting, contract administration, claims resolution and dispute resolution.
The ideal candidate:
- Associate level (3-4 years PQE) ideally with experience in Construction Law (FE and/or BE) with SoPA experience being highly regarded. Commercial litigation and/or property litigation experience will also be considered.
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
- Good academic transcript, however work ethic and experience are of more importance.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and develop, take ownership of matters and progress to Senior Associate in the future!
