About the role:
- Working with a Doyle’s guide recognised Partner.
- Advising & representing high profile clients.
- Be involved in an array of corporate matters, such as business mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts and commercial advisory & regulatory advice.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with 4-5 PQE, coming from a reputable boutique or mid-tier law firm.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records
- Strong legal research & drafting skills.
- Excellent communication skills & negotiation skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage time effectively.
