What you’ll be doing:
· Processing orders daily to a high standard
· Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
· Amend and cancel orders where necessary
· Routinely review the files and delete out of date pro forma invoices and reservations.
· File all paperwork regularly to ensure that an up-to-date and accurate filing system is maintained
· General liaison with customers to discuss stock availability, order status, stockists, and other related enquiries
What you’ll need:
· Previous experience working in an administrative/customer service background.
· Excellent communication skills both orally and written.
· A confident and polite telephone manner.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· A good understanding of Microsoft Office and other general PC skills.
The shift is offered on a Monday-Friday day shift basis and you can expect a salary of £22-23,000 per annum in return.
