Guest Experience Team Members are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location. You’ll work as a team to ensure each guest has an outstanding experience while driving membership sales to help grow the ModWash brand.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver mind blowing customer service.
  • Present and explain each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships.
  • Safely guide guests through the ModWash tunnel.
  • Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
  • A sense of urgency.
  • A passion for serving others.
  • Awesome customer service skills

Qualifications

Physical Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter)
  • Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
  • Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
  • Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
  • Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
  • Respond quickly to sounds
  • Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
  • See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
