The Logistics Coordinator will be in charge of PAFCO's fleet of drivers, trucks and the organization of deliveries.Β
Compensation: $66,560-$75,000 per year
AM Shift: 5AM Start
PM Shift: 8PM Start
Maintaining the logistics department compliant by keeping records up to date including truck/trailer registration, insurance, IFTA quarterly reports, fuel taxes, New Mexico Tax permits, traffic tickets, toll fees, accident reports, and accurate ELDs.
Ensure that the logistics fleet is well maintained by conducting inspections and scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
Execute drayage and backhaul operations following the logistics 3PL Services SOP.
Review the pass down report from previous shift. Β
Must check with our teammates, do a verbal pass down of the most important tasks.
Follow up on the pending tasks, complete and post final update. Review the fresh short report and fill each order if time permits.
Work with our outside support service team to route the deliveries for the following day.
Monitor Airport and Harbor pickups.
Anticipate obstacles and communicate to the necessary parties to mitigate the impact of any delays.
Fulfilling all required deliveries accurately and on time and meeting all scheduled appointments.
Ensure the yard remains organized and efficient.
Monitor temperatures on containers.
Report equipment status.
