Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator will be in charge of PAFCO's fleet of drivers, trucks and the organization of deliveries. 

Compensation: $66,560-$75,000 per year

AM Shift: 5AM Start

PM Shift: 8PM Start

• Maintaining the logistics department compliant by keeping records up to date including truck/trailer registration, insurance, IFTA quarterly reports, fuel taxes, New Mexico Tax permits, traffic tickets, toll fees, accident reports, and accurate ELDs.


• Ensure that the logistics fleet is well maintained by conducting inspections and scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.


• Execute drayage and backhaul operations following the logistics 3PL Services SOP.


• Review the pass down report from previous shift.  
  
  
  
  • Must check with our teammates, do a verbal pass down of the most important tasks.
  
  
  • Follow up on the pending tasks, complete and post final update. Review the fresh short report and fill each order if time permits.
  
  
  
  


• Work with our outside support service team to route the deliveries for the following day.


• Monitor Airport and Harbor pickups.
  
  
  
  • Anticipate obstacles and communicate to the necessary parties to mitigate the impact of any delays.
  
  
  
  


• Fulfilling all required deliveries accurately and on time and meeting all scheduled appointments.


• Ensure the yard remains organized and efficient.
  
  
  
  • Monitor temperatures on containers.
  
  
  • Report equipment status.
