 What you’ll do

• Have the Skill and Confidence to undertake Electrical Installation and repair works on : Domestic Heating systems / Domestic Air Conditioning Units, Domestic Electrical Vehicle Charging Points / Domestic air source heat pumps and Domestic PV installations that are assigned to them through our BOXT App.
• Recognise and rectify any abnormal electrical problems or issues that are (or likely to cause) significant problems with either customers or engineers.
• Delivery of customer service excellence.
• Ensure that all customers receive accurate advice that is relevant to their circumstances.

Who you are 

• Have a minimum of 5 years’ Electrical experience as well as having excellent fault-finding skills.
• Have 18th Edition electrical wiring regulations.
• Have a NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation and City & Guilds 236 Part 1 and 2 or equivalent.
• Have a qualification & experience in Domestic Electrical Vehicle charging.
• Have a qualification & experience in Domestic Solar PV & Battery storage.
• Have experience in wiring Domestic air source heat pumps.
• Have experience in wiring Domestic air conditioning units. 
• To be able to work on their own & part of a team.
• Hold a clean driver licence.
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Excellent organisational skills
• Prepared to learn new skills.
• Clean DBS
