Overview






National Debt Relief is seeking an End User Administrator to join the End User Services area. The End User Administrator’s primary role is to support and maintain NDR’s remote desktop environment, along with desktop environment in the New York office, the Dominican Republic office and other managed NDR locations. The position will be responsible for maintenance and management of desktop environment. This role partners with the Infrastructure, Information Security and Desktop Support teams to plan, test, and deploy software rollouts, updates, and patches. The End User Administrator will also be an escalation point for L3 tickets from the End User Services team and will assist with user administration and system audits. 

 









Responsibilities






  • Assist Desktop Engineering with implementation of new features, software and other platforms that relate to end user’s systems.
  • Maintain and upgrade technology related to desktop infrastructure and end user systems.
  • Create and maintain desktop images for the End User Services team.
  • Perform monthly Windows updates to thousands of endpoints, providing management with monthly reports.
  • Package and deploy applications to desktops.
  • Create and maintain documentation and knowledgebase articles related to the desktop environment.
  • Work with the End User Services teams to manage desktop hardware inventory and software assets in the asset management system.
  • Serve as an escalation point to Desktop Analysts to resolve Level 3 support tickets.
  • Proactively identify potential issues in the desktop environment and work with the IT teams to implement solutions.
  • Partner with IT teams to evaluate new products, services and make recommendations to the End User Services Director.








Qualifications






Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or IT-related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8 years’ experience in an End User Desktop Support role or similar position required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience handling software deployments and patches in multi-thousand endpoint environment comprised of Windows OS and Mac OSX.
  • Prior experience utilizing End User Services solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Proven experience creating, maintaining, and updating End User Services solutions.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with Microsoft and third party monthly patching processes.
  • Proven experience packaging applications.
  • Experience creating and updating desktop images.
  • Strong knowledge and support of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Prior experience creating and maintaining Active Directory user accounts and 0365 user mailboxes.
  • Experience maintaining hardware and software asset management systems.
  • Prior experience managing technology projects and deployments.
  • Exposure to PC virtualization technology preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically and deal effectively with competing priorities and demands.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Compensation Information






Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $105,000 - $121,500 annual.
