Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking with precision and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams while maintaining excellent communication with the client.
  • Document customer interactions, solutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with user account setups, password resets, software installations, and system configurations.
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and supported.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved and provide additional guidance where necessary.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve your technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with your teammates to enhance service delivery and share knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A passion for technology and IT support with a desire to build a career in the field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a professional IT setting.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous but not required.
