Job Summary: 

Oak Grove Estate Planning is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join our dedicated legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning document preparation and client communication, with experience using WealthCounsel software as a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related legal forms.

  • Assist attorneys in drafting and finalizing complex estate planning strategies.

  • Manage and organize client files and case documents.

  • Maintain ongoing client communication.

  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and legal standards.

  • Coordinate document signings and assist with notary services when needed.

  • Support attorneys with research, case preparation, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an estate planning paralegal.

  • Experience with WealthCounsel software is a plus.
