Executry Paralegal

Utopian Professional Recruitment are delighted to be appointed to work with a new client who are looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal who offers a background in Private Client / Executry work.

This is a great opportunity to join a well respected brand and busy team where you will be given the autonomy to manage your own clients and caseload.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering executry estates and trusts
  
• Drafting confirmation and IHT forms
  
• Develop client relationships
  
• Manage your own case load
  
• Work closely with clients and take their instruction
  
• Prepare wills and powers of attorney
  
• Advise and communicate with your clients at each stage
  
• Ensuring the protection of clients remains paramount, whilst taking precautions against any fraud and money laundering
  
• Drafting, collating and sending supporting legal financial documentation
  
• Complete all associated administration for confirmation
  

To be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following experience /background:

• Previous experience within a similar role working as part of a Private Client / Executry Department
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders
  
• Strong technical capability
  
• Committed to providing a first class service at all times
  
• Natural positive and proactive attitude
