Facilities & Fleet Manager
EAC Network is a not-for-profit organization that empowers 62,888 individuals in need across Long Island and NYC through 100 programs. We are looking for a full-time Facilities & Fleet Manager to join our administration team and oversee the maintenance of our facilities and vehicle fleet.
Location: Garden City, NY
Salary: $40/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Job Overview:
The Facilities & Fleet Manager will be responsible for maintaining 30-35 locations across NYC and Long Island, performing hands-on light maintenance tasks, and coordinating more complex facility repairs. The role also manages the organization’s vehicle fleet, ensuring both facilities and vehicles are safe, operational, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in facility and fleet management, including hands-on maintenance and preventative care.
- Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Physical Ability: Capable of performing tasks such as lifting and carrying equipment.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel: Willingness to travel between multiple locations (NYC and Long Island).
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
