 Job Summary: The Foundation Administrator is responsible for all financial reporting for the CarolinaEast Foundation.This position serves as a liaison to the members of the Board of Directors, coordinate all Foundation meetings and maintains record books of the Board. This position is responsible for the overall administrative support of the Foundation and its staff.

 Minimum Requirements: High School diploma required. Associate degree in Business Administration is preferred. Must possess at least five (5) years of experience in accounting and clerical/administrative work. And have experience in special event coordination. Knowledge of fund raising principles and practices. Excellent computer skills including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, accuracy and dependability. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
