Warehouse Technician

Temporary, 3-5 months. No benefits, hours worked hours paid.

Responsibilities

1. De-palletize and unpack cartons of electronic devices and safely prepare them for upgrade procedure
2. Connect the devices to an ethernet switch and perform upgrade and test using a browser-based applications
3. Understand the test functionality and know basic exception handling
4. Securely re-pack the devices into cartons and re-palletize
5. Accurately track and report on progress and document all work
6. Conduct basic warehouse operations, including, but not limited to, shipping and receiving, tracking inventory, etc.

Requirements

1. 2 years’ experience in networking, IT, electronics manufacturing, or a related field
2. Familiarity with electronics assembly processes, including software flashing, device provisioning, and device testing
3. Demonstrated fluency with Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and browser-based applications
4. Logistics/distribution center/warehouse experience is a plus
5. Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
6. Comfort working in a warehouse environment
