PAY RATE: $16.62 Hourly (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Coordinates and oversees all areas of food service kitchen, one-year volunteers and short-term volunteers serving in kitchen while showing hospitality to guests.
Hosting, facilitating, and cooking for mission groups, WorkFest, YouthFest, retreats, and other CAP functions as needed.
Coordinates incoming short-term kitchen volunteers, and one-year volunteers serving as cooks/hosts while creating a fun and engaging atmosphere to foster a love for serving in the kitchen (creating a pipeline of volunteers needed to serve larger groups (i.e. Fests).
Coordinates scheduling/maintenance work orders, and space utilization for Foley Mission Complex, serves as Safety Monitor for entire complex.
High School Diploma or Equivalent General Studies Required
3 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience
Possess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
Non-Contagious TB Test Result Required
CPR and First Aid (or ability to obtain) Required
CAP Driving Certification (or Ability to Obtain) Required
Food Handler Required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, stand, walk
Lift 48 lb from floor and carry 40 ft and place on shelf at 36 inches
Lift 18 lb from floor to shelf at 102 inch, using a step ladder if needed
Push with 45 lb of force for 5 ft
Lifts/moves items with unknown weight or that are awkward shapes and sizes with assistance
Have good visual acuity with corrective lenses
Have good hearing capabilities
