We are a 95 bed long term care facility located near downtown Minneapolis. We are part of the Benedictine Health System family serving compassionate, quality care with special concern for the underserved and those in need.
Responsibilities include:
Participate with management team in developing
and implementing strategic goals of the organization.
Point of contact for associates, answer
questions, resolve issues and address concerns.
Manage the employee performance system including
performance reviews, correction, rewards.
Oversee benefit program, manage open enrollment,
new hire, and status change processes.
Provide interpretation on policy, procedure and
handbook.
Complete recruiting functions including job
postings, interviews, extending job offers.
Conduct new employee orientation.
Assure compliance in all aspects of HR practice.
Manage the workers’ compensation program.
Oversees front desk operation.
Required qualifications
Minimum two year degree
3 – 5 years of experience in human resources, benefits and payroll
Knowledge of HRIS systems
Preferred qualifications
4 year degree in Human Resources or related field in health care
Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR or SPHR)
