We are seeking a full or part-time Human Resources Specialist who is interested in working with a technology company. Our employee base mostly consists of degreed engineers and assembly technicians.

As the HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our company's most valuable asset - our engineers. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions that contribute to the overall success and well-being of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Mange and execute our college recruiting program
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address staffing needs, skill gaps, and training opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Support in strategic HR initiatives and projects
Qualifications:
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
- Must have good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients
- Exceptional data-entry accuracy
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office/Office365
- At least 1 year of administrative or business assistant experience, or a similar organizational role
