Job Description
Purpose & Scope:
The HR Assistant has front line responsibility for handling customer service interactions, primarily through telephone and personal contact with both internal and external customers. In this capacity, the function of assistant is also incorporated to include daily operational tasks, computerized record-keeping, filing, and general office management activities.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
One year of experience in customer service is required.
One year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite is required.
One year of office/clerical experience is preferred.
