- Assist HR Administrator and team on all functions in HR on a daily basis
- Responsible for the employment process

- Offer and negotiate with candidate their employment opportunity
- Responsible for all paperwork for a new hire including offer letter and forms, etc.
- Assist in ADP payroll and time keeping system
- Manage all I-9 documents and E-Verify all new employees and terminations
- Employee’s Scholarship Program including preparing certificates and checks and filing of annual 1099’s
- Write and distribute company memos on various subject matter
- Maintain and update all employee personnel files
- Perform customer service function by answering all employee requests and questions on a daily basis
- Employment verifications
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
