  • Assist HR Administrator and team on all functions in HR on a daily basis
  • Responsible for the employment process
    • Job postings 
    • Offer and negotiate with candidate their employment opportunity
    • Responsible for all paperwork for a new hire including offer letter and forms, etc.
  • Assist in ADP payroll and time keeping system
  • Manage all I-9 documents and E-Verify all new employees and terminations
  • Employee’s Scholarship Program including preparing certificates and checks and filing of annual 1099’s
  • Write and distribute company memos on various subject matter
  • Maintain and update all employee personnel files
  • Perform customer service function by answering all employee requests and questions on a daily basis
  • Employment verifications
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor
