About the Role:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our organization by partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company goals. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, and succession planning. Your ultimate goal will be to foster a positive and productive work environment that enables our employees to thrive and contribute to the success of our organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare or social assistance industry
  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Experience with ADP HRIS & ATS

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, and succession planning
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to continuously improve HR processes and practices

Skills:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will utilize your expertise in internal equity, onboarding, succession planning, talent acquisition, compensation analysis, employee relations, affirmative action, and Ultipro to provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters. You will also collaborate with HR colleagues to continuously improve HR processes and practices. Your strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills will be essential in fostering a positive and productive work environment that enables our employees to thrive and contribute to the success of our organization.
