Human Resources Business Partner

About You: 

You have a strong background in HR Advisory, managing employee performance and Industrial Relations and are looking to develop your HR business partnering and stakeholder relationship skills.  You are also data driven and highly analytical with strong attention to detail.   

Your new role:

We are looking for a new HR Business Partner to manage day to day support and HR advice to people leaders in our Queensland and Northern New South Wales Funeral Operations. There are a broad range of matters and issues to manage and you will need to be skilled at prioritising and managing risks and people matters. This role will also require you to complete an analysis and report on people metrics and Key performance indicators. Working alongside the HR Business partnering team you will grow and develop in a high volume fast paced environment.
