The Human Resources Business Partner is a key strategic role responsible for providing expert employee relations (ER) support to both hourly workforce and their leaders across the Field Operations organization. This role requires a deep understanding of labor laws, employee relations best practices, and the ability to navigate complex situations to foster a positive work environment. The HRBP will work closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals while ensuring a fair, consistent, and compliant approach to employee relations.
Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus participation in an annual company performance based incentive plan. Please note that the base salary will vary based on geographic location, market conditions, and the candidate's experience.
Travel expectation: 30% - 40%
Location: this is a remote position, the ideal candidate must live in the South East region of the US, ie. GA, FL, NC, SC or TN and close to an airport.
