Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone passionate about human resources who wants to build their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will support various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Highlights of your role

  • Coordinate and/or facilitate new hire onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Perform other administrative duties to support the HR team.
  • Opportunity to learn and grow within the HR field.

Salary Range

$22-$24 per hour, pay based on experience.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Also want to make sure you have

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team member.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
