Brief Job Description:
The Human Resource Information Systems is a key technical leader and manager within the City’s Office of Human Resources. The manager provides strategic support for OHR to take ownership of HR technology systems, including but not limited to a talent acquisition management system, HR/Payroll ERP system, and an employee help portal. The City’s ERP System is a powerful application integrated with the state retirement system, payroll, health vendors, and other critical systems, and requires knowledgeable and technically skilled resources to work closely with IT support to improve data quality, security, and usability of the system.
