Job Description:

TheHuman Resources Integration Manager reports directly to OneOncology’s VP, HR. The HR Integrations Manager plays an integral role in supporting OneOncology’s growth by leading the human capital integrations for new partner practices joining the OneOncology network. The position will be a member of both the HR and Operations Integrations teams partnering with those groups and the new practice to analyze needs, harmonize policies, develop a benefits migration strategy, onboard employees, and support integration into OneOncology’s HR, Benefits and Payroll System.

Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the Integrations Team, develops and modifies the HR project plan for each new incoming practice, identifying the appropriate steps and timeline based on analysis of the practice’s org, current HR status, and business priorities

  • HR subject matter expert for Integrations Team

  • Performs hands-on project management and tracks progress against planned timeline and deliverables to ensure a smooth integration

  • Consults with practice leaders to outline the HR integrations process and gain consensus on approach

  • Serves as a liaison between the practice and the broader HR team

  • With support from other members of the HR team, analyzes practice HR policies, benefits, systems, and processes to identify similarities, differences, and gaps. Develops mitigation plans and solutions for any risks or issues found.

  • Engages internal subject matter experts to coordinate and initiate tasks and project plan components

  • Develops status reports and regularly communicates progress and roadblocks; keeps detailed records and issue/action logs

  • Harmonizes policies and implements employee handbook

  • Supports implementation of employee benefits programs, payroll, employee onboarding, and migration to OneOncology’s platform

  • Coordinates and facilitates HR process and systems training for practice employees

  • Recommends and develops employee communications

  • Closely coordinates activities with other internal teams to ensure proper alignment and timing

  • Supports other HR projects and initiatives as time permits

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, as well as laws and regulations that impact employee practices and polices

  • Ability to travel up to 25% and work weekends as needed. 

  • Experience in leading teams through the change management process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources related field

  • 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Experience with HR integrations a plus

  • Healthcare experience preferred

  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Solid Working knowledge of HCM systems and data integration, preferably in Workday
