Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join a dynamic team. You will support key processes in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and HR Administration while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Draft and optimize job descriptions.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide follow-up communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare onboarding materials for new hires.

2. Organizational Development:

  • Assist in employee engagement surveys and feedback analysis.
  • Support the organization of performance evaluation processes.

3. HR Administrative Management:

  • Update HR policies and documentation to ensure legal compliance.
  • Analyze turnover rates, headcount data, and other key HR metrics.

4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Research industry best practices.
  • Propose data-driven improvements to HR processes.

Qualifications

Education:

  • 2+ years of university coursework completed in:
    • Business Administration/Management.
    • Psychology.
    • Industrial Engineering.

Key Competencies:

  • 🎯 Soft Skills:
    • Complex problem-solving and effective time management.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Spanish (native or advanced proficiency).
    • Adaptability to ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • 💻 Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR).
    • Strong data analysis and document management tools.
