The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR processes, including FMLA management, employee relations, and recruitment. You will play a critical role in supporting HR initiatives, driving process improvements, and leveraging technology to enhance HR operations. The role requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with HRIS platforms, and an ability to manage multiple projects, including HR auditing with minimal supervision.
