We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Project Manager with strong expertise in data management, reporting, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR processes, including FMLA management, employee relations, and recruitment. You will play a critical role in supporting HR initiatives, driving process improvements, and leveraging technology to enhance HR operations. The role requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with HRIS platforms, and an ability to manage multiple projects, including HR auditing with minimal supervision


Hybrid work: 3x in office, 2 days remote

Up to $75,000 based on experience, with bonus incentive


Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include

  • Manage and lead HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Analyze and manage HR data, producing detailed reports to guide decision-making and strategy.
  • Utilize advanced Power PowerPoint and Excel functions (including pivot tables, v-lookups, building sophisticated PPT decks with data and graphing, etc.) to manage and analyze HR data.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for FMLA management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to drive recruitment strategies and assist in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in HR systems, particularly within Paylocity (experience preferred) or other HRIS platforms.
  • Create visually compelling presentations and reports using PowerPoint to communicate findings and project statuses to stakeholders.
  • Design and produce creative materials for HR initiatives using Canva (experience required).
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify solutions.
  • Maintain strict attention to detail and ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment laws.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, leading cross-functional teams on various HR projects.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR project management or generalist experience.
  • Proficient in HR data management, with expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing employee relations, FMLA, and other HR processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Paylocity experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Canva experience required for design and branding of internal communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
