Toyotetsu Texas (TTTX) is an on-site partner and tier one supplier for the build of the Toyota Tundra and Toyota Sequioa. Located on the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Plant in South Bexar Conty, Toyotetsu Texas provides comprehensive and affordable benefits package for our team member.

TTTX is seeking applicants for a Human Resources Specialist position in San Antonio, TX. Reporting to the Toyotetsu Texas (TTTX) Human Resources Manager, this position is responsible for supporting Toyotetsu America, on a mid-shift. TTTX Human Resources overseas has approximately 550+ team members in the automotive manufacturing facility. The Specialist will oversee HR policy administration and team member relations.

Position Responsibilities Cover Multiple Areas of HR and may include the following:

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Assist Team Members, Team Leaders, and Group Leaders in solving work-related problems.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts for salaried and hourly team members.
  • Coordinate team member relations, coach supervisory, and management group for effective team member relations.
  • Administer various HR programs, perform HR system administration, and performance management process.
  • Conduct internal investigations.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
  • Assist with company activities.
  • Monitor progress of new Team Members.

This is an onsite position that is ineligible for remote work.

Qualifications

Display Competencies in:

  • Proficient personal computer and system software skills, Paycom experience is a plus.
  • Leadership (team development, ability to influence, organizational awareness).
  • Interpersonal skills (relationship building, teamwork, conflict resolution, customer orientation).
  • Communication (verbal communication, listening, written communication).

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business or Human Resources relevant experience may be considered in lieu of
  • 3-5+ years of HR experience, education may be considered in lieu of education
