As a Talent and Leadership Development Co-op Student, you will design and support strategies to build strong pipelines of talent across the organization to support evolving needs. You will support the development and implementation of various Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives, including but not limited to: our High School Engagement Strategy, our New Graduate Rotational Program and One Company Onboarding Program. This will involve idea generation, creating proposals and presentations, management of partnerships, external relationships and collaborative efforts for events and initiatives, event planning, developing communication plans and engaging stakeholders throughout the business.

Your Experience:
Currently enrolled in a Business Administration program completing 2nd or 3rd year of study with a strong interest in accounting or finance
Must have completed at least 1 year of post-secondary education and be returning to school
