As an Industry Manager in Middle Market Banking you will lead a team of managers and bankers in their business development efforts to grow and retain profitable banking relationships with Healthcare, Higher Education and Non-Profit (HHN) clients with annual revenue size ranging from $50 million and $25 billion. In addition, the Industry Manager partners closely with credit underwriting, treasury sales, client service, an administrative assistant, and other functional areas inside and outside of the Commercial Bank to deliver products and solutions to clients. This role involves approximately 25% travel as part of the regional coverage.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Typically a minimum of ten years account relationship management experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of the region
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Management experience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading a commercial lending sales team
- Sales management and business development skills with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
- Strong technology experience; digital background preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Self-directed, proactive, and creative solution and problem solving abilities: use sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done
- Flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
- FINRA securities licenses 79, 63 and 24 may be required for the role; specifics will be discussed at the time of offer
