Job Description

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Applications Programmer to join our client.

Contract Dates: 6 months

Location: New York, USA

Business Hours:  Monday to Friday (9 AM to 5 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Design, Development, Unit Testing and other SDLC activities.


• Perform Code reviews and write unit test cases to ensure code developed meets the requirements.


• Understanding, Analyze and convert functional requirements into concrete technical tasks and able to provide reasonable effort estimates.


• Ensure project deliverables are met in a timely manner with excellent quality.


• Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery.


• Some support, troubleshooting, bug-fixing of existing and new applications is expected.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Salesforce Development – 4+ years


• Salesforce Lightning Development (Aura and LWC) – 3+ years


• Apex development – 4+ years


• Salesforce Communities – 2+ years


• Salesforce DX – 1+ years


• Salesforce Administrator I - certificate


• Salesforce Platform Developer I - certificate


• Agile Environment (backlog grooming sessions, daily standups) – 4+ years

Personal Attributes:

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative taking.


• Work proactively, independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks.
