Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our facilities team. This role is essential in managing our office IT infrastructure, including network management, PC support, and administration of various systems such as JumpCloud and Office 365. The ideal candidate will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide backup and support to the Director of Software Support.

Location: Nashville (onsite 5 days a week)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Management: Maintain and troubleshoot in-office network issues, including Wi-Fi and LAN connections, to ensure stable and secure connectivity.
  • PC Support: Provide technical support for PC hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
  • JumpCloud Administration: Manage and administer JumpCloud directory services, including user authentication and system configuration.
  • Office 365 Administration: Oversee the administration of Office 365 accounts, including email setup, licensing, and troubleshooting.
  • User Setup/Provisioning: Handle the setup and provisioning of new users, including equipment setup, account creation, and initial orientation on IT practices and policies.
  • Platform Support and Documentation: As a secondary role, the position will support product and platform support requests from end-users/internal users. So, a thorough understanding of CarSaver’s products and platforms over time will be necessary.
  • SOC/Security Compliance: Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security policies to ensure the protection of IT systems and data and ongoing SOC 2 Compliance.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an IT support role with a strong focus on network management and end-user support.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, IT technologies, and network systems.
  • Experience with JumpCloud and Office 365 administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide friendly and efficient support to non-technical users.

Salary Description

$63,000 - $75,000 annually
