Manage the complete hardware and software lifecycle of Windows and Linux workstations, including imaging, deployment, software updates, and repairs. Write Chocolatey packages for standardizing installation of software on Windows workstations. Provide IT support to end users for workstations, networking, and web applications.

This position is full-time and in-person at our Verona, WI facility for a Summer 2025 internship from May - August 2025 or a May – December 2025 Co-Op. A Co-Op typically requires students to take a semester off of school to accommodate.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing degree in an Information Technology or Computer-related field
  • Windows system administration experience and knowledge of basic network technologies
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and fulfill tasks to meet project deadlines
  • Experience with ticket management systems, Linux, or networking is a plus
