IT Support Specialist - Tier 1 (Full Time)

Parts ASAP is experiencing rapid growth and expansion. We are seeking a dynamic IT Support Specialist to join our high-energy team in our De Soto, IA branch.

Location: De Soto, IA

What will I do?

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and email
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and telecom issues
• Perform imaging and hardware asset inventory on company computers and endpoints
• Maintain hardware inventory levels, alerting appropriate resources when stock is low
• Educate employees on common hardware and software applications
• Create and resolve service requests within Service Desk Plus

What’s required from me?

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of two years of experience in an IT support role, assisting both remote and in-person users
• Basic knowledge of modern computer hardware and cloud systems
• Strong communication skills; able to be easily understood by non-technical users via phone and email
• This position requires in-office presence
