Job Summary


As a System Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into actionable plans within our ERP systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborate with development teams to implement effective solutions.




Duties/Responsibilities



  • Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and workflows.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize business requirements, and manage the related resulting projects.

  • Configure and customize ERP systems, including Syteline 8, Syteline 10, KingDee, and MAS90, to meet business needs.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP systems, providing guidance and support to users with the support of external consultant experts

  • Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within ERP systems.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on ERP system functionality and best practices.

  • Collaborate with software development teams to integrate ERP systems with other applications and platforms.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and business analysis.




Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or at least 10 years of equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience working with ERP systems, particularly Syteline.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and best practices.

  • Experience with software development methodologies and practices.

  • Familiarity with .NET web applications and development tools.

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data within ERP systems.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certification in business analysis or ERP systems (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, ERP vendor certifications) is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on ERP systems.

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing ERP system enhancements and optimizations.

  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

  • Previous experience working with diverse stakeholders, including end-users, executives, and IT teams.

  • Experience with report development and data analysis within ERP systems.

  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is preferred.
