What You’ll Do:
Hunt for Stars - Source, attract, and engage with stellar sales candidates who are ready to bring their A-game. You’ll be our talent scout, using a mix of creativity and strategy to find those hidden gems.
Lead the Charge - Take candidates through the entire hiring process, from initial screening to final offer. Your expertise will guide them seamlessly through every step.
Collaborate- Work closely with our sales leadership team to understand their needs and build a pipeline of top talent. Your teamwork will be key to our success.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales Savvy - A deep understanding of sales roles and what makes a top performer. You get what it takes to succeed in this fast-paced field.
Recruitment Rockstar - Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales roles. You know how to find, attract, and close top talent.
Creative Mindset - Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking. You’re not afraid to try new approaches and experiment with different sourcing techniques.
