Salary: £30,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus + Company car 

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Outer London

 

Step into an exciting opportunity with Powerforce as the Wholesale Key Account Manager for our dynamic Molson Coors team! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of forging powerful relationships with key wholesale depots, driving sales impact, and boosting ROI for one of the industry’s leading names.

The other half has you leading a talented, close-knit team of three in London’s bustling convenience channel, where your leadership will shape success in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This hybrid role combines strategic relationship-building with hands-on team leadership—ideal for someone ready to make their mark in the heart of the industry. Responsibilities:

  • Developing excellent in-store relationships with key decision makers in Cash and Carry/Wholesalers within your territory
  • Working alongside these key decision makers to maximise brand awareness and communicate new ideas or product opportunities and promotions
  • Educating Key decision makers on the Molson Coors range
  • Increasing sales by obtaining additional displays, increasing the visibility and availability of the product and ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Reporting daily
  • Leading, training, and inspiring a small team in the convenience channel
  • Instilling passion for performance & achievement and driving ROI for the customer
  • Developing team operating standards - use insight from the field & collected data to drive best practice ways of working and continuous improvement in team operations 
  • Embedding & championing the Powerforce Values & Behaviours across the team 

 

Requirements:

  • Held a full manual driving licence for at least 12 months
  • People management or lead experience 
  • A hands-on approach to growing performance and best practice in the team 
  • An enthusiastic, can-do positive approach to all things and possess an ability to see the opportunity in all challenges 
  • A driven attitude with ambition to succeed and develop within the role
  • A brilliant brand ambassador
