Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Lead Technical Recruiter to join a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate conceptual understanding of IT security and networking and are also experienced in recruitment, client & team management. S/he should have a natural curiosity and initiate interest in technology, security and the ability to work in a diverse team environment.
As the Lead Technical Recruiter, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Leadership:
- Act as a sole contributing recruiter. Must be able to manage full lifecycle recruitment; source, assess, and recruit candidates for a variety of engineering positions at all levels
- Develop strong relationships with client hiring managers in order to forecast recruitment needs
- Able to lead, grow and manage a team of hired engineers based both locally and globally
- Serve as regional point of contact for all employees; manage the team by taking care of employee onboarding, concerns and career growth, this includes guidance on technical training and certifications
- Ensure service level agreements and contract compliance are accurate and up to date
- Negotiate new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments
Recruitment:
- Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective recruiting methods such as leveraging networks, source passive candidates using Social Media and utilize employee referral program and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future recruiting
- Perform IT technical phone & in person interviews, present candidates to client hiring managers, and extend offers
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and client
- Assess the candidate’s technical ability; identify and match candidate's behavioral traits to client’s cultural fit expectations
- Obtain feedback from the interviewers and analyzing the gaps of the feedback
- Reduce turnaround time and maintain good offer to joining ratio in a fast pace environment
- Educate, excite, and sell candidates on both the opportunity and on Fivesky as a company
- Conduct regular team get together to review performance and maintain good communication & relationship with employees.
- Partner with external recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process
This is a full-time, direct employment in New York City, USA. Salary + Commission is open based on experience & qualifications.

Qualifications:
- B.S. or M.S. in MIS, CIS or any graduate with computer science/network & security background
- Experienced in IT recruiting both local and nationwide candidates is a plus
- Interest in IT security and networking
Skills & Experiences:
- 3 - 5+ years experience in Recruiting Operations and Managing a global team
- Experience in leadership, team motivation and the ability to prioritize and set goals is highly desirable
- Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems (for example: Zoho recruit, Workable, Compas ATS and/or similar systems)
- Have good knowledge of some IT discipline (security, networking, development, Application delivery, Cloud computing..etc) is a must
- Proven past experience to compete and thrive in a challenging environment
- Deep experience recruiting world class Network & Security engineering and technical consulting talent and bring a strong network to prove it
Interpersonal Skills:
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple & aggressive deadlines
- Good leadership skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Self-motivation, strong time management, and organization skills
